Integrating with ML Work Orders

ML Drawings (MLD) allows you to integrate with our Work Order software, ML Work Orders (MLW). The integration will allow you to create work orders for assets, add preventative maintenance for an asset, and allow you to view the asset details page inside of ML Work Orders

All of the back-end settings will play a role in the integration. Any changes made to the following settings inside of MLD will also be reflected inside of MLW.

Creating a Work Order for an Asset

1. Select an existing asset stamp.

2. Select the () icon under the Asset details.

3.  Select the "Add WO" option

You will then be sent to ML Work Orders, where you can submit a work order. By default, the asset field will automatically be filled out based on the asset you selected while in ML Drawings.

Creating a PM for an Asset

1. Select an existing asset stamp.

2. Select the () icon under the Asset details.

3.  Select the "Add PM" option

You will then be sent to ML Work Orders where you can create a PM. By default, the asset field will automatically be filled out based on the asset you selected while in ML Drawings.

Viewing Asset Details inside of MLW from MLD

1. Select an existing asset stamp.

2. Select the () icon under the Asset details.

3.  Select the "Asset Page" option

You will then be sent to ML Work Orders and directed to the Asset Details page. The Asset Details page will include all of the information for that asset.
