How to download Drawings without Annotations – ML Drawings

Users in ML Drawings are able to download and export the drawings with or without annotations.

How to download Drawings without Annotations

1. Once logged into ML Drawings, please click on Drawings

2. From the Manage Drawings screen, click on the drawing in question and choose Annotate

3. Within the Annotate page, click on the 3 vertical lines on the Left side of the screen to collapse the menu, and show the available options under it.

4. With the collapsed menu, you will see 3 horizontal lines in the top left of the page. Click that and it will open a Menu. Select Save As.

5. After clicking Save As, you will see a new smaller menu appear. From here you will uncheck the "Include Annotations" box and then click "Save File".

6. After that the file will appear in the Downloads folder of your computer. This completes the process of downloading the Drawing without annotations included.
