Place an existing asset

You can place an existing asset on a drawing.

You can also add a new asset directly on the drawing.

To place an existing asset:

1. Click Drawings. The Manage Drawings page appears.
2. Click on the desired drawing, then click Edit/Markup. The drawing appears.

3. On the left sidebar, select the Asset Stamp tab, and use the drop-down to select Existing Asset. The available assets appear.

   

4. Click on the desired asset.

5. Click on the drawing where you want to place the asset. The asset stamp appears on the drawing.

   Notes:  The asset is removed from the existing asset list. To view it in the list, select Show Placed Assets. You can edit the asset in Work Orders, if necessary.
