You can add, edit, and delete asset stamps on a drawing.
You can also place an existing asset on a drawing.
- Click Drawings. The Manage Drawings page appears.
- Click on the desired drawing, then click Edit/Markup. The drawing appears.

On the left sidebar, select the desired asset.
Note: To sort the assets, click , select the desired filters, and click Apply.

Click an area on the map to place the asset stamp. A pop-up appears.

Do the following:
Notes:
- Some fields are prepopulated based on the drawing and asset you selected.
- Fields vary by asset. You can edit the fields in the asset type.
Field Description Asset Type Enter the desired asset type. Asset Name Enter the desired asset name, or use the prepopulated name.
Note: Drawings generates a unique name based on a combination of the selected building abbreviation and asset type. Description Enter the desired description. Image a. Click Upload Image.
b. Select the desired image.
c. Click Open.
d. If you want to Reduce Image Size, select the checkbox.Notes:
- If you are using a mobile device, there is an option to take a new image or choose an existing file.
- File types include JPEG, JPG, and PNG.
- Enter any additional asset-specific fields.
- Click Save.
To edit an existing asset stamp:
- Click Drawings. The Manage Drawings page appears.
- Click on the desired drawing, then click Edit/Markup. The drawing appears.

Select an existing asset stamp. A pop-up appears.
- Click
. A pop-up appears.
- Make any desired changes.
- Click Save.
To delete an existing asset stamp:
- Click Drawings. The Manage Drawings page appears.
- Click on the desired drawing, then click Edit/Markup. The drawing appears.

On the drawing, click the desired asset. A pop-up appears.

. A pop-up appears.
- Do one of the following:
- To remove the stamp from the drawing but keep the asset in the system, click Delete Annotation Only. The asset appears in the Existing Asset list.
- To remove the stamp from the drawing and delete the asset from the system, click Delete Annotation and Asset.
