Users with the Manage Site Settings user permission can add and edit spaces, such as an auditorium, classroom, or computer lab. You can also set an evacuation route.
To add a new space:
Select Locations > Spaces. The Spaces page appears.
Select Actions > Add Space. A pop-up appears.
Do any of the following:
Field Description Space Name Enter a space name. Building Select the building you want. Floors Select the floors you want. Sq. Ft. Enter the square footage. Max Occupancy Enter the maximum number of people this space can hold. Space number Enter the desired space number. Length Enter the length of the space. Width Enter the width of the space. Lease If this space is being rented, select this checkbox. Active To mark this space as active, select this checkbox. - Click Save.
To edit an existing space:
- Select Locations > Spaces. The Spaces page appears.
- Next to the space you want, click
. A pop-up appears.
- Make any desired changes.
- Click Save.
