Manage System Zones

Admins inside of ML Drawings have the ability to manage the system zones. This includes adding, editing, and deleting system zones.

Adding a System Zone

1. SelectLocations > System Zonesfrom the left-side navigation menu.

2. Select the () button

3. Fill out the information in the Modal

Note: Once a Building has been selected, the Floor and Space fields are dependent on the previous selections. 

4. Click Save

Editing a System Zone

1. SelectLocations > System Zonesfrom the left-side navigation menu.

2. Select the () button

3. Edit the information in the Modal

4. Click Save

Deleting a System Zone

1. SelectLocations > System Zonesfrom the left-side navigation menu.

2. Select the () button next to the System Zone you want to delete

3. SelectOkwhen you receive the confirmation to delete pop-up

Note: The following message may appear if you use both MLW and MLD. "Please note that this change will also impact the settings on ML WorkOrders”
