Manage Floors

Administrators inside ML Drawings will have the ability to Add, Edit, and Delete floors inside the system. Once a floor has been created, it can be linked to an existing building.

Adding a Floor

1. SelectLocations > Floors on the left-side navigation menu

2. Select the button

3. Fill out the information in the Modal

Note: Multiple buildings can be selected for one floor

4. Select the checkbox to make the floor active

5. Click Save

Editing a Floor

1. SelectLocations > Floors on the left-side navigation menu

2. Select theicon next to an existing floor

3. Edit the information needed

4. Click Save

Deleting a Floor

1. SelectLocations > Floors on the left-side navigation menu

2. Select the button next to an existing floor

3. Select OK on the confirmation screen

Note: The following message may appear if you use both MLW and MLD. "Please note that this change will also impact the settings on ML WorkOrders”
