Download a drawing

Users with the Edit Markup Drawing role permission can download a drawing with or without annotations.
 

To download a drawing:

1. Click Drawings. The Manage Drawings page appears.

2. Click on the desired drawing, then select Edit/Markup. The drawing appears.

   

   Note: You may need to collapse the sidebar by clicking .

3. In the upper-left, do one of the following:

   • To download with annotations, select  > Download. The file appears in your Downloads folder.

   • To download without annotations:
          a. Select > Save As. A pop-up appears.

               

          b.  Deselect the Include Annotations checkbox.
          c.  Click Save File. The file appears in your Downloads folder.
