Manage General Settings

Users with the Manage Site Settings user permission can manage asset and heatmap settings. This lets you set colors as visual priorities for defined space polygons. Colors appear automatically based the number of open requests in each area.
 

To manage general settings:
 

1. Select Settings > General Settings. General Settings page appears.

   

2. On the Asset Settings tab, select a Tootip Asset Name.

3. On the Heatmap Settings tab, do the following:

   

            a.  To enable the heatmap feature, select the Heatmap Enabled check box.
            b.  For each priority level you want, do the following:      

                      i. Select the Enabled checkbox.

                     ii. Enter a Minimum and Maximum number of requests for this priority. 

                    iii. Select a Color.

                    iv. Select the Opacity.

4. Click Save.
