Users with the Manage Site Settings user permission can add and edit campuses. Once a campus is added, buildings can be linked to it.
| Important: If you also use Work Orders, any changes you make in will also appear there. |
To add a new campus:

Select Locations > Campuses. The Manage Campuses page appears.

Click +Add Floor. A pop-up appears.

Do any of the following:
Field Description Campus name Enter a unique name. Active To activate this campus, select the checkbox. - Click Save.
To edit an existing campus:
- Select Locations > Campuses. The Manage Campuses page appears.
- Next to the campus you want, click
. A pop-up appears.
- Make any desired changes.
- Click Save.
